                          Brief about PAPER LIFE Movement 

            PAPER LIFE is a not for profit movement that connects people with their waste through various innovative ways. PAPER LIFE stands for anyone who sees value in waste and is inspired by the simple act of a rag picker, the most apparent example of a person who sees value in the waste that we throw away.

           PAPER LIFE believes that recycling has the power to change lives (environmental & social) and it can be achieved only by changing people’s attitude towards waste. PAPER LIFE has and is building a network of likeminded people and organizations, ones who see value in waste and are helping enable society to create wealth from waste. That’s why PAPER LIFE respects and has been partnering with rag pickers, Kabadi Wallas, green entrepreneurs, etc. to execute several innovative initiatives that are sustainable.

             All our initiatives are based on the principle of ‘Reduce, Reuse and Recycle’ and our platforms, programs, events, etc. focus on engaging people through interesting and fun ways to help them see value in waste. Our most successfully growing initiative encourages students to collect and sell waste and use the money for a social cause, like child education, ration for rural hospital, tree plantation, etc. Our next initiative in schools known as the Recycle Wall will revolutionize the way waste is handled in schools and will be managed by students completely. Our recent initiative Re-start Earth, which encouraged people to relook and use at waste as various works.

          PAPER LIFE is looking forward to a future where waste can create a parallel economy, an economy that runs on social wealth. We intend to help the eco-system where waste is not considered to be useless, but a resource to fuel social change. PAPER LIFE sees and wants the world to see life in waste.
